One of the greatest enemies of our eyes is the sun. Just like the skin, eyes are damaged by UV rays coming from the sun, whether it is overcast or a clear and sunny day. Sunglasses should always be warn in daylight hours when you are outside and you need to be sure that the sunglasses you choose offer UV ray protection. There are many sunglasses sold which are just tinted glass and do not really protect your eyes, they simply offer shade from the brightness. Check the label on your sunglasses before you buy them and be sure to wear them.

But for last few days, say a week..im noticing my left eye feels so tired and feel like sleeping where as my right eye doesn't have this sensation. I stay attached with my laptop for long hours, is that a possible reason? Please advice! I'm really tensed.

Since a year i am experience of watering in my eyes and lotus flying in my left eye particularly. During test with my doctors that they r saying it is normal think and it has happening as age fact. Left eye is 0.5, right eye is 3.0 and above. so i have so much variation, bcoz of this frequently i am getting headache, and some eye problems. i cant see long time computer etc. and i have little bit breathing problem also. ie, one nostril is working at a time. pls give me good sugession. my age is 30.
